
1 Deposit
A Deposit of £50.00 is required to reserve the apartment which is payable when making the initial booking.
2 Balance of Payment
Must be paid 50 days prior to date of Arrival.
3 Payment Methods
We strongly recommend on line payments using Pay Pal [Safe & Secure] or Cheque by post is more than welcome.
4 Cancellations
You may cancel your booking in writing or email at anytime but a cancellation charge as shown below may be levied and will be calculated from the date we receive the written or emailed cancellation notice:
- More than 50 days before departure deposit only
- 30 to 50 days 40% of total rental (if more than deposit)
- 15 to 30 days 60% of total rental (if more than deposit)
- 01 to 15 days 80% of total rental
- Day of departure or later 100% of total rental
5 Good Housekeeping Bond
A Damage/Excessive Deposit of £100.00 per booking is payable 50 days prior to the date of arrival, which will be refunded within two
weeks after your departure from the apartment less any deduction deemed necessary by the owners after consultation with apartment manager in respect of damages and/or an excessive cleaning requirement. Should you have the misfortune to accidentally break any small items during your stay, we recommend that you simply replace such items to avoid a claim being made upon your Good Housekeeping Bond.
6 Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to take out their own Insurance to cover themselves during their stay. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any force majeure, any personal injury sustained by any person, or damage to, or loss of any property brought to the premises.
