Stayed at Kevin and Sharon's Apartment for  1 week for the Jazz Festival it was just great very hot temperatures nice clean and fully equipped room would stay again no worries...

“We stayed at the Belvedere apartments for 4 nights. We arrived at the apartments at around 11.30pm and was a bit concerned that we would have some trouble getting into our room that late at night but the staff were fantastic they booked us in and even took us to our room and even helped us with our bags... The apartment was brilliant and just the right for the pair of us, the beds were nice and comfy and didn't have any problems with the shower or kitchen appliances. The owners even left loads of DVD\'s that we can watch. The Belvedere was only about 5 minute walk to the main resort and Gondola so perfect situation. Next time I'm in Bansko I'm defiantly going to contact the owners about staying there again.“

This winter me and my family went on winter vacation in Bansko for the first time and it won\'t be the last time for sure. For this impressions big merit had our staying at Belvedere Club in a wonderful apartment that belonged to Mr Kevin Moss. Our impressions when we first walked in the apartment was thrilled. Everything was just like Kevin told us it would be. It was even better than that. In the apartment there was everything that you needed to feel as at home. The bedroom had a comfortable bed and a wardrobe that had all the things you needed: like a hairdryer,an ironing board,an iron,etc.The kitchen had everything you needed if you decided to made food by yourself. The livingroom is very modern, with sofa just enough for two children as we have .In both rooms there were LCD TVs and one DVD,and if you agree with me that is a great thing if you have children. We were thrilled from the rich collection of DVD films and English books.Unfortunately we had no time to read them because we had a lot of other things to see,explore and experiance.The hotel had it\'s own pool and my two children went there everyday. The hotel also had an arcade,a billiard room,a fitness gum,sauna, jacuzzi etc. My son really liked the football field, because he training football, and I think that only this hotel has it.One of the good things of the apartment is the free internet accessapart from the one in the lobby intended for all guests. The best of all was the Welcome Packet that Mr.Moss prepared for his guests. In the W.P.you can find the greatest and cheapest restaurants in Bansko,on where to go in Bansko,information about the prices of skiing and much more. With one word it is a place that calls you to come again. With this letter we want to express our thanks for the professionalism of Kevin/Sharon in the management of this apartment. We suggested to our friends that when they go to Bansko they should stay at Kevin and Sharons apartment“

““We would like to say that we found the Belvedere Holiday Club a fantastic place to stay. Kevin's and Sharon's apartment is great. Has everything that you need for a perfect stay. We felt as we are at our home. The bedroom is very comfortable as well as the folding sofa in the living room. The folding sofa dimensions are 2 x 80 cm which can accommodate even two adults to sleep comfortably. From your first step into the apartment you will feel the positive energy around you. My daughter liked very much the library and my son the DVD’s. Also the personal wireless Internet in the apartment was great and there was not need to go in the lobby to get on the Internet as the others guests. Kevin and Sharon did great job with the Welcome Pack, which gave us all necessary information’s concerning skiing, restaurants, site seeing etc. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with nice views of the mountain and the town, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and cl“

“My sister and I stayed at the apartment for one week in September. We chose Bansko in the summer for a relaxing break with spa facilities which we enjoyed using. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and the staff on reception are very helpful and friendly When we arrived at Sofia Airport the weather was cold. It was changeable -we got about 4 really nice days, the rest except one when it rained all day were cloudy but we still came back with a nice tan. The resort of Bansko was quiet and some of the bars and eating places were closed. We didnt do much sightseeing as we preferred to read and relax but did go into the town most days for a meal and walk around and it is very nice and cheap to eat and drink. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Bansko at the apartment and would recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing week away in summer. We are told that in the winter season its very different and fully open. Thank You Kevin and Sharon“

“First of all I must say a big thankyou to Sharon and Kevin as the apartment and service from them was fabulous. The apartment is modern, very warm and a good size we have 2 children and felt so comfortable. Belverdere complex is so nice it had all the facilities we could wish for and more the indoor pool was great for the kids.The Classico Restaurant had good food at value for money and all the staff are so helpfull and nice it was a pleasure. Its the first time we had been to Bansko and now it will not be our last your just 5 mins away from restaurants,bars,ski hire,super markets,all are so cheap you cant believe it! we found a bar in the top floor of the shopping mal and the beer was only 72p a pint how cheap is that!!!!! “many thanks to Kevin for the wonderful vacations in Bansko!! First of all, a very good professional, he provided all info needed for Bansko, payment went through without any problem etc. Accomodation was for a family of 4 (2 children of 3 and 5 yo) The apartment was perfect, the hotel service was also very good. The apartment has everything what was promised, everything a family of 4 (with small children) can ask for. The position is also very good, very close to the gondola, although we did not have to take it during our stay there, we used the car to go to the skiing areas. The room is quiet and warm, the beds are very comfortable. All in all, I hope we will go there next year as well. A few things about Bansko: it is a village, where you can do everything, eat cheap, drink cheap, make sports, etc. A few things about the complex: nice internal pool, satisfactory breakfast, internet is not always good in the room, but in the lobby it always works, table tennis, nice ba“
